"Frustrating Spare Parts Search"
I was trying to get the spare parts I needed, but they just weren’t available. What made it more annoying was being told it was due to some policy or availability rule, which felt more like an excuse than a real solution. Frustrating experience overall.

"Looks better in the photos than in person"
I really wanted to like this engine kit because it looked great in the pictures (that’s what sold me). But once I had the parts in hand, they just felt kind of cheap. A few pieces didn’t line up the way they should, and the finish was rough in spots. For what it costs, I was expecting much better quality and craftsmanship. Disappointed overall.

"I saw the item listed as..."
I saw the item listed as available on the site, so I went ahead and ordered it thinking it was ready to ship. From my point of view, if something shows as in stock, it feels fair to assume you can actually buy it.

After waiting a bit, I found out it wasn’t actually available after all. That was frustrating because I probably would have just ordered it somewhere else instead of losing time.
I think the inventory updates need to be more accurate. I don’t mind waiting if the site is upfront about it, but showing something as available when it isn’t makes the whole process feel misleading...

"Honestly, I was a little shocked when I saw the box"
I ordered a small engine kit and my first reaction when it showed up was, yikes. The box looked rough, like it had been tossed around a bit. When I opened it, there really wasn’t much padding inside, so the parts were just kind of loose and moving around. One corner of the base had a dent, and I found a few screws scattered in the box. It does mostly work, which is good, but for what it costs, I really expected it to be packed better. They definitely need to improve the shipping protection.

"Slow replies, slow replies"
I tried reaching out to customer service, and the replies were really slow. Like, slow slow. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get a basic answer, which got frustrating.

"Missing parts and a broken piece"
My order showed up with some parts missing, and one of the pieces was broken. I reached out to support, but I still haven’t heard anything back. it kind of feels like nobody even read my message

"Delivery showed up at the worst time"
I ordered a small engine kit thinking it would ship out fairly quickly, but it ended up taking way longer than I planned for. Of course, it was something I actually needed that week, so the timing was frustrating.

The tracking barely updated for days, which made it even more annoying because I had no clue where the package was. I kept checking myself, hoping for some kind of movement, but it was just sitting there with no real info.

It did finally arrive in okay condition, so that part was fine. But the slow shipping and bad timing were enough to put me off ordering again if I need something by a certain date.

"Cool kit, but the assembly was a headache"
I really wanted to like this because the kit looked great out of the box, but putting it together was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions were vague in a lot of places, so I kept having to read between the lines and guess what they actually meant. I got stuck several times, and it definitely didn’t feel beginner-friendly. Cool idea, but the assembly process kind of ruined it for me.

"Shipping was way too pricey, and tracking was no help"
I felt like I paid way too much for shipping, way too much. And the tracking wasn’t really helpful at all—it barely updated, barely worked, and left me guessing most of the time.

"The website was really frustrating to use"
I tried using the site on my phone and it was such a hassle, everything loaded slowly, the pages felt cluttered, I couldn’t find the parts I needed without clicking around forever, the filters didn’t really help at all, and by the time I got to checkout I was so confused that I just gave up.

"Instructions need way more detail"
I ordered my kit from enginediyshop.com, and the parts themselves seem fine, but the instructions were a headache. A few steps move way too fast, and some of the pictures are so unclear that I had to stop and stare at everything for a while just to figure out what they were trying to show.
I ended up guessing where several of the smaller pieces were supposed to go, which made the whole build take a lot longer than it should have. It’s not impossible to put together, but for the price, I really expected better guidance. And if the response is just one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” apologies, that’s not very helpful either, clearer instructions would fix the actual problem.

"Return process really wore me down"
I had an issue with my order and tried to get it sorted, but customer support took forever to respond. At first I figured, okay, stuff happens. Then the return process basically went in circles and nothing really got resolved. i just wanted it over with. The product itself might’ve been fine for someone else — wait, no, that’s not the point, the return experience was just a headache

"Listing didn’t match what I received"
I ordered from enginediyshop.com because the part looked right based on the photos and description, but when it showed up, the size and finish were not what I expected at all. I reached out because the listing really needs to be clearer, and this feels like something that should be escalated since customers are relying on those details before buying. Maybe the part is useful for someone else, but it wasn’t what was shown well enough for me. Frustrating experience, and I don’t plan to order from them again.

"Checkout gave me a headache"
I tried ordering from enginediyshop.com yesterday evening, and the checkout process was a mess for me. I entered my card info, it seemed like it went through, and then the page just sat there loading forever. I waited a bit, refreshed, and tried again a couple more times, but I never got a clear error message or any obvious way to fix it. After about 20 minutes of dealing with it, I just gave up. Frustrating experience
